When you place an order for a digital download you will see a link to download the file immediately on screen, you will also receive an email confirmation containing the download link.


A download can be triggered three times before the link will expire, but if you need an expired link to be reactivated please complete and submit the online contact form and our customer services agents will help.


Please note that the location that your downloads are saved to on your computer or device will be controlled by your browser. If you have any trouble finding the release once it's downloaded, you can find the default location in your browser preferences.
