If you wish to cancel an order you’ve placed, please complete and submit the online contact form and we will arrange to cancel the order and refund you any money you’ve paid.
You can only cancel an order prior to it being dispatched.
It is our policy that if a digital product is sold alongside/or bundled with a physical product and that digital product has been downloaded/delivered, then the value of the standalone digital product will be deducted from the value of any refund granted.
